CREATE’s governance model consists of a Board of Directors, a Coordinating Committee, and a Scientific Council, comprising all Integrated PhD holder researchers. There is also a Student Council formed by the PhD students.
Two other structures within CREATE are the Innovation and Transfer Hub (IT Hub) and the TrAining, Communication, and Outreach Hub (TACO Hub). These Hubs facilitate contact with the outside, promoting transfer within their competencies and each is coordinated by an integrated member appointed by the Coordinating Committee.
CREATE is supported by two External Committees, the SCientific Advisory Committee (SCAC) and the STakeholder Advisory Committee (STAC), which advise and work with the team in implementing the best strategies for scientific excellence, technological development, and innovation, contributing to the optimization of knowledge transfer to the scientific community and to the economic and social sectors.
